My deepest sympathies to my wife and her family, including my children for the loss of a father, grandfather and brother. I’m very proud of everyone’s love and strength in getting through this very difficult period and taking care of David in his last days. As his daughters have made us aware, David overcame a lot to have a normal working and family life. He should serve as an inspiration to others that we can overcome what makes us different and provide a loving home. May he rest in peace.
